UPDATE: Rachel has had the breathing tube taken out. She is also off oxygen. We were moved to a general medical floor. She has a staf infection they are working on, she spoke a little this evening calling for Daddy. She has not started eating. Still too painful. She is having a little deconditioning from being immobile for 4 days so physical therapy is coming in tomorrow to assess her. Her burns are healing, slowly. She is smiling here and there. Very sleepy still, on and off. Our possible release from the hospital is still a few days out. Thank you for your prayers.
