UPDATE UNDER THE TRADE SECRET BRIDGE:- Its been another full on day for the MLCF team. Collecting donations, doing our weekly food collection, unpacking plus getting our christmas tree sorted for Saturday. With all this action the MLCF team decided to treat the Patrons to Pizza and Garlic Bread. 20 pizza in total were purchased and went as soon as they hit the deck. Pizzas included pepperoni, meat lovers, cheese pizza and supreme. Patrons also received fresh home made apple and cinnamon muffins thanks to Chris and Vanessa. Our mobile library team tonight were in full flight again with Shae, Beth and Beck all on deck to assist the literary needs of our patrons. Our lovely ladies have also started to provide writing paper, pens and puzzle/crossword books to stimulant the minds of the patrons. Sally also took a ute load of clothes, blankets and beanies for the patrons again tonight. Its great to see our regulars changing their clothes and dressing in their new items they have received on previous nights. Mr M educated us on the ways of the street 14 years ago, and regaled us with much emotion in his tales. Finally, our director Roger happily award the winners of our competition tonight handing 2 of the 3 prizes to the winners. Congratulation once again Kelly, Sally and Steve. We hope it brings a day of joy to your families Thats it for the MLCF team for the night. Take care, and be kind to one another
