UPDATE: #thepines (formerly Wattle Ridge) - bushfire as at 1.30pm - QFES would like to advise that the large bushfire in the vicinity of Paddy’s Creek Road and Pine Ridge Road near the Gore Highway ,The Pines has been successfully extinguished. The fire, which started on Wednesday 15 January at around 8pm has burnt approximately 450 hectares of bushland. Local crews will continue to monitor the area and residents are encouraged to Triple Zero (000) if they spot any new fires.
