UPDATE: well we are back from the hospital.. not real good news, but some.. :)... Mom is responding to the antibiotics... but we did learn she has a lot of air in her stomach that comes from a hole somewhere either stomach, intestines, bowels... Normally this is followed up immediately with major surgery... but because of moms health history, Cerebral Aneurism, irregular heart beat, stroke, dementia and breathing problems there is concern she would not make it off the table.. so we said no...The dr. said sometimes the antibiotics will cause the holes to close, or help the body to close the holes... so we are hoping that will be the case....then they wanted to put this large tube down her nose,throat and into the stomach in case the hole is in her intestine or bowels but again we have said no... because it is very painful and the stress on her heart could kill her.. So we have seen God raise her off her death bed twice... but she has talked for sometime about wanting to go home to Jesus... So we just ask that you would pray as the Lord would lead you... Pray for Greg... this is harder than he thought it could be... thanks love D
