**URGENT - Medical!** **RESCUE ONLY** Indianapolis, IN 227791 Eleanor (intake name Sader) 5yrs, 55lbs. She arrived as owner surrender on Monday after getting attacked by the other resident dog. She is not bearing weight on her back leg. She is very friendly. Dog tested her today, and she was fine (no reaction). She seems to be in some pain though, so I didn’t expect much reaction. She is friendly but seems very sad. :( Vet notes: Most of Saders wounds are superficial and appear to be healing appropriately. She does have a deeper wound on the top of her head. Wound was cleaned and placed a few staples to partially close it. Given swelling in right knee, suspicious that lameness is associated with partial or full cruciate ligament tear. An X-ray reveals evidence of swelling on the knee itself (no hip dislocation present). Treatment/Recommendations: 1. Give Ceph 500mg BID for 14 days. 2.
