URGENT- FOR GIRLS WHO WANTS TO CONTINUE HER STUDY JUDGEMENT BY JUSTICE V.P VAISH DELHI HIGH COURT ORDERS COPS TO PROTECT GIRL WHO OPPOSED HER MARRIAGE. “The state is directed to provide adequate protection to the petitioner (girl) by providing the telephone number of a police official so that she can make a call if needed…” Further added:- • To marry with her own wishes, • To live with another person with her own will and wishes, • To live happily and peacefully without any fear etc, Are the things which are connected with our Fundament Right “life and liberty” provided to all of us under our Indain Constitution. Note: (i) if a person can not come in the court who can write a letter to Hon’ble Chief Justice of SC & HC, it can be treated as writ if the matter is serious. (ii). The state and concerned police officer are also the necessary parties in the writ. (iii) The writ can be filed under article 32 and 226 before SC & HC respectively.
