Underrating somebody actually cause losses to the organization more than that somebody. When you put the sentiment into your decision process, the value which should be judged will be overshadowed by your emotions. Judge someone by their capacity, by their creativity, by their vision; dont judge someone by your feelings about them. Youll see, Ill see who is blind, who is ignorant, who will cause loss in this game.
