Union Bethel AME’s education building will finally be rebuilt thanks to this new FEMA grant. The Four Freedom Education Building will again serve the needs of the community and provide critical services for the families in Central City, like affordable childcare and quality education to build a brighter and more prosperous future for our state. When their education building was destroyed by Katrina and they were forced to relocate, their spirit and willingness to serve never wavered. Now, their work can continue as our region rebuilds.
