Unlike M. Brown case, I agree with Judge Napolitano that this was a clear case of negligent homicide and the police officer should have been charged. He did not beat up and reach for the officers weapon and then later charge the same officer with at least to do bodily harm if not kill the officer. In this incident, yes he put his hands up not be handcuffed but that was the extent of his resistance and I heard at least five times in the video that he could not breath. There was no need to choke him out and no need to put a knee to his face and grind his face into the ground. I am no legal expert but at least an involuntary manslaughter is warranted here. I heard there is a chance that some charges can still be filed and a 2nd grand jury request is possible. I hope they do level charges against this police officer. But did you notice tonight that no destruction in the neighborhoods like you had seen in Ferguson and this area actually has a bigger grievance with law enforcement than the hoodlums in St. Louis.
