Unsure if anyone here has discussed it yet so apologies if this is an exhausted topic. But I was having a look around to work out when the time jumps in 24LAD are going to be when I found this. They claim the first 8 episodes (which of course is 2/3 of this new series) are going to be consecutive, ie theyre gonna do hours 11am to 7pm with no time jumps. If this is the case. The last 4 hours of the 24LAD have to accommodate 16 hours of a day in 4 hours. Now considering this is meant to be the massive conclusion, how on earth do they justify skipping on average 3-4 hours per episode in this crucial point? Any thoughts on this? Just to note the paragraph in the article I found was But some issues remain unchanged. The shorter season, still confined to a single 24-hour day, was designed to allow writers the flexibility to skip through time here and there, but the first eight episodes are set in consecutive hours. usatoday/story/life/tv/2014/05/04/24-live-another-day-jack-bauer-returns/8621365/
