Until bookkeeping moves you into the system you will not be able to submit a work order online. Hopefully, they will be able to have everyone moved in quickly. Operations will send an email to all residents at that point to the email address in the system letting you know that the program will allow you to submit a maintenance request. Until then, you can report them to the office with your name, room number, phone number, and detailed issue. The work orders will be prioritized on emergency status... Such as a clogged toilet or ac will be higher priority than a light bulb replacement but all work orders will be completed as quickly as possible.
