Until yesterday, I was the owner of a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder. I had owned it since June of 03. When my wife and I got married in Sep of 89, we talked about our dream car - mine was the Pathfinder. When I bought that Pathfinder LE (completely loaded with DVD Player to boot) in 03 I made a promise to always keep that vehicle. I have traveled many roads in my favorite car (It still looked as good as the day I bought it. Oil changes and regular maintenance - not always by Nissan, but it was done). Yesterday I was traveling on I-77 South to Rock Hill, SC at Exit 82A,B, & C, My car was rear ended by a drunk driver speeding in excess of 100mph. My Pathfinder careened across the exit, my head hit something and I lost consciousness. From what I am told, my car flipped between 2 - 4 times. The rear half and the passenger roof line caved in. The driver side stayed up, my seatbelt was on. I was in the hands of God and my Nissan Pathfinder. Subaru says We Survived Today, because of my Nissan, bruised and battered, I can say I AM ALIVE!!! Sorry to see it go but so glad I had it. Thank you Nissan.
