Until you can make it, fake it... Too much of emotions lead to commotion... I dont understand why Trainers and Consultants have to drop such cliched alliterative or rhyming catchy phrases and sentences, every once in a while to ensure that they are running a session! Or using acronyms for every drop of the hat - Use LEAP - Listen, Engage, Analyse and Probe or GROW - Guage, Reflect, Organise and Work I can use WTF - Watch The Fun And to nail it all, if you just counter anything with a logical question that they cant answer, then But this is the Global best practice followed by Fortune 100 companies you know, it is entirely upto you if you would want to consider it or not! Then why are you not consulting for the Fortune 100 companies my dear! *Facepalm* #TrainingSessionWoes
