Unwanted Kristin Fun Facts! Part 3: Random Favorites! Eleanor - TopicsExpress

Unwanted Kristin Fun Facts! Part 3: Random Favorites! Eleanor constantly asks what my various random favorite things are (numbers, letters, days, sounds, etc). Here are a few: My favorite word is weasel. Because it both looks funny and is fun to say, Weasel. My favorite color is blue, specifically, grey-blue (Cadet blue in the Crayola box). Also the color of both Eric and Eleanors eyes. Followed closely by gray and green. Probably why our wedding colors were blue and gray. I dont really have a favorite number, but most often I choose 28 when its part of say, an email or something. My birthday. Also no real favorite letter, but I do like E, as it can be very flowy and loopy. L is also nice. Ive never cared for K. My favorite season is fall, which for me begins with our wedding anniversary (Sept. 1) and ends Dec 1, which is then Christmas season. I LOVE holiday episodes, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. But NEVER off-season. Thats just wrong. As is wearing holiday-specific clothing out of season. The holiday I dislike the most is April Fools Day. Closely followed by Halloween. I have enough stress in my life and both of those make me edgy. It hasnt stopped me from throwing all-out Halloween parties the last 3 years in a row. My favorite holiday is Christmas. You all already knew this. The appropriate time for decorating for Christmas is after dessert is served at Thanksgiving. Or two weeks before. My favorite kind of dog is Zoie and Baxter. My favorite breed is weenie dog. I am more a dog person than a cat person (shock!). If I could choose a superpower, it would be flight. My favorite time of day is morning, which is complicated because its also when I get my best REM sleep. But Ill admit when camping getting up at 5am to let the dogs out to pee is one of my favorite times, the light is just right, its just slightly chilly, and very quiet. I would get up early and enjoy that every day if only 5am wasnt at 5am. My favorite smells are spice (cardamom, cinnamon, etc), soap (like Dove), the beach (salt and dead sea life?), and that 5am camping woods smell. And Zoies toes. Which have a unique puppy smell. I love smelling candles and so does E. Well spend quite some time at the store sniffing candles. I have several different scent products (diffusers, automatic fresheners, candles) throughout the house and enjoy the varied scents based on room. Some are seasonal. My favorite weather is early morning sunshine, followed by overcast afternoons (yay Oregon!) I dislike hot. Up next, TV or hobbies. :)
