Update: Death Investigation in the area of 226 Margaretta Drive in Hyde Park At about 11:03 PM on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, officers from District E-5 (West Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a person shot at 226 Margaretta Drive in Hyde Park. On arrival officers observed two male victims inside the apartment suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim was transported to Brigham and Womens Hospital with life threatening injuries and was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. A second victim with non-life threatening injuries was transported to Beth Israel Hospital for further treatment. At this point the incident appears to be domestic in nature and not a random act. The victim has since been identified as 23-year-old Darison Pujols. Additionally, Investigators tonight arrested 53-year-old Troy Adams of Roxbury and charged him with Unlawful possession of a Firearm, Unlawful possession of ammunition, Possession of a firearm with altered serial numbers, and Possession of a large capacity feeding device. Adams, is the individual who encountered the victim at 226 Margaretta Drive, Hyde Park. This investigation remains active and ongoing.
