Update: I know the Cake Plate will be shut down until at least next Tuesday. We are scheduled to meet with all the correct depts on Tuesday. We are fighting a new issue since the issue from yesterday was found that I do not fall under that Regulation and that was dismissed. They then found another one, now we are fighting the issue that states No food prepared in the home will be allowed to be sold at a food establishment. I was allowed to sell since Oct. 22, 2014 and now they are saying this was not caught and I must shut down. I have however filed all my paperwork to be a vendor from my home, (just like a Scentsy or 31 consultant would have to) and I can continue to sell and take orders from my house like I previously had been doing. I am very upset, but I will continue to find a way to make this right and be open again as soon as I can.
