Update on Chad Edgeworth: Well Chad woke up at 5:00 this morning but we did lay down for a nap after breakfast. We were kinda lazy today. He scrambled the eggs this morning and got them ready for me to put in the skillet. He folded a small load of towels and washclothes. His occupational therapist said that would be good therapy to help his coordination. He had to fuss about that a little bit because he doesnt like folding clothes. He also mixed up the cornbread this evening and I put it in the oven. We had to have a conversation about the oven yesterday when he tried to take out the beef pot pie because I wasnt standing by the oven when the timer went off. Im afraid hes going to grab a hot pan and not remember to use a pot holder so the oven is off limits. I just have to keep reminding him. He still has problems with his hands fighting each other over something one hand is holding. He will also reach out to get one thing but his hand will pick up something different. I know he wants to cook so bad but his hands do not need to be fighting over a hot pan so no cooking yet. Being able to cook and fish were the two goals that Chad told his therapist that he would like to accomplish. Ronnie Gipson and Leslie came to visit today. Ronnie can always make Chad laugh. My momma took Kelsey to the mall and stopped by Krispy Kreme for some doughnuts. Chad was loving his two raspberry filled with a glass of cold milk. Hes tired and just got in the bed. Maybe we will be able to sleep a little later in the morning. Thank you for following Chads story and continuing to pray for complete healing! Your prayers are greatly appreciated! God is so good!!
