Update on Dad.... He had appointment at wound center today. Wound is very bad... Stage IV Sacral Decubitis Ulcer with ECOLI growing. He was admitted to Hospital from Lofland. Will need extensive care and is more than they can handle locally. Looking at surgical cleaning in morning and then transfer to Christianna. He will need a colostomy more than likely to prevent further wound contamination. The wound is huge you can actually stick your fist inside of it and goes from top of buttocks up to the center of his back, it is draining and has very foul odor... I couldnt believe what I was seeing !!! Dad is very sick and needs our prayers and encouragement.
