Update on the Yute household. A friend was searching for a home to rent in Mars and came across the rented home we live in and it is up for sale!! I know in the past 2 months the landlord has started to repair unsightly conditions on the outside of the house. He came in and measured the kitchen for remodel and repair, I asked what was going on in a joking manner you selling ,just a laugh no answer..nice guy! We cleaned out the kitchen as he asked , but no activity there. Bottom line, wouldnt you think out of common decency they would have let us know? Used savings to buy a car, I am unemployed and unemployment ending soon. We have a month-to-month lease. Are we going to be homeless after 29 years in this house as very reliable renters? Who knows? Just should have been told about it, at least we could be prepared. Last owners previous to 2006 notified us and told us selling as is and would be selling as a investment property and thank goodness that is what happened. Everybodys life can change and I know not my house. The ad just says single family home, I guess they are not selling the 2 apartments that are on this corner lot. Just keeping us in the dark so they didnt lose the income from us till the last minute. Just needed to rant!! Thanks!
