Update on the call we recieved this afternoon regarding a dog being beaten up in Ocean View by individuals. Deep South Animal Educare, TEARS and SPCA responded and dealt with the situation in a mature manner. No dogs were injured, but both dogs on the property were surrended over and are currently at TEARS, where they will be put up for adoption when they are ready. The SPCA have issued a Moratorium on future animals on the property and have informed the owners that they will be prosecuted if they disregard the Moratorium. Thank you to everyone that assisted with this case. We truly appreciate it.
