Update on the road-rage/incarceration incident. 1. I realise that I had power to create a different outcome. When you transcend your need to be right and righteous, you take control of the situation and have a different outcome. If I responded with an apology and not a f-off, it would have been the end of the matter. Taking control means abandoning the need to be right and making the best outcome happen
