Updated, long version of my bio: Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Liltera R. Williams (LRW) fell in love with writing at age 12 and married it at 18. From the moment she began penciling down thoughts and ideas in her first diary, and then formally learning how to compose poetry, essays and fiction genres during her high school years at Samuel W. Wolfson and college years at Florida State University, she knew that she would someday have an opportunity to share her gift with the world. Her given name was perhaps a foreshadowing of the works she would produce to establish herself in history as a Literary Trailblazer—(LiLterature). After graduating from FSU in December of 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in English (Creative Writing), LRW set out to create her professional portfolio by pitching stories and completing freelance assignments for various publications. She is now well known as a Versatile Writer, Poet, Bestselling Author (Amazon & UBAWA), Editor, Independent Publisher and Motivational Speaker via her company, iWrite4orU. In addition to having over 50 articles published in Jacksonville Magazine/904 Magazine, EU Jacksonville, BUZZ Jacksonville, The Ponte Vedra Recorder, The First Coast Register and Sister 2 Sister magazine, respectively, her published Author catalog includes: Amateur Thoughts: A Personal Collection of iWrite Poetry & LRW Quotes (Amazon Bestseller), Dearly Beloved S.I.S.T.A.S (UBAWA Top 100 Book of 2013), Words from the Write Side of My Heart (Amazon Bestseller – Freebie), and LIVE YOUR DREAM: How to Set and Accomplish Deadline-Driven Goals (Number One Amazon Bestseller). In the process of developing her LIVE YOUR DREAM (#LYD) movement and expanding her entrepreneurial knowledge, LRW originated and trademarked a unique term to define her purpose — #WriterGrind™: a strategic quest to accomplish various writing objectives while striving to conquer the demands of authorship. She specializes in helping first-time authors discover their potential with intense training and coaching, while also offering instruction as a Literacy Tutor to grade-school students who struggle with reading and writing comprehension. LRW is an advocate for proper grammar and believes that anything is possible with the determined mindset of Effort, Perseverance and Faith.
