In additional to its wide range of technical construction products such as mechanical splicing systems, soil and rock anchorage systems, fiber-reinforced polymer bars, tie rods, architectural tension rods and other specialized construction accessories for form works and foundation works, Dextra also produces internally Rebar Processing Machines dedicated to be sent on site for the finishing of the products. Based in Bangkok, your primary role will be to implement a preventive maintenance strategy and to ensure the compliance by the After Sales Services Team based in Asia, Europe, USA and South America. Contract: Permanent Salary: Negotiable Age: 30 years old up. Requirements/qualifications: • Nationality : Any • Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in Planned and/or Preventive Maintenance within an Engineering work environment. • Technical requirements: good knowledge and understanding of Mechanics, Hydraulic and Electric diagrams and systems. • Highly organized and able to enforce procedures. • Experienced in a coordination role with various nationalities. • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. • Computer literate in MS Office, internet & experience of drawing/PLC software is useful. • Fluent in English. • Ability to travel internationally. Responsibilities: • Define technical audit methodology to be applicable by the local After Sales Services Team. • Implement a preventive maintenance programs for the entire range of equipment. • Establish a mapping of the existing equipment worldwide and propose a refurbishment plan in terms of budget, priorities and planning. • Provide solutions to complex problems through assessment of failure re-occurrence data. • Liaise with After Sales Service Teams on a weekly basis to ensure proximity coordination and be able to identify dysfunctions within a short notice and propose preventive actions. • Refresh up and develop preventive maintenance policies and procedures. • Define and conduct preventive maintenance trainings for both customers and After Sales Service Teams to ensure best practices and compliance with Company procedures.
