Essential Job Functions: >Ability to interact with customers over the telephone and via e-mail in a professional and courteous manner. >Strong customer service experience is critical >Strong organizational and customer service skills >Ability to keep track of confidential information >Ability to assist customers with refunds, charge backs, leads and account issues >Ability to use identify fraud prevention through moderation >Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing dynamic environment >Self motivated, with heightened attention to detail >Effective time management skills & ability to meet deadlines >Demonstrated experience with Excel, PowerPoint and all Office products Requirements >High school diploma or equivalent education. >Proficient in a Windows-based computer environment. >Able to type and enter data quickly and accurately into a computer. >Excellent verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette. >Basic written communication skills. >Strong problem solving skills. >Previous customer service experience preferred. >The ideal candidates must have strong work experience and knowledge of Internet usage (browser based applications), Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and demonstrable experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
