Usually Im pretty bummed when my kids are sick especially missing school.. But today Im glad Daisha was sick and wasnt at school. I missed a call from them thinking they were just checking in because Daisha wasnt there so I called back and my call was routed to the school district where I learned that Daishas ELEMENTARY school was evacuated today due to a bomb threat. Thank God she starts this new charter school on the 4th and wasnt there today. I dont even want to send her back to that school while we wait the next two weeks
