V Political Dialogue on Energy Efficiency in Latin America and the Caribbean Perus Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem) and the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), with support from German Cooperation (GIZ), are co-organizing the fifth regional political dialogue on energy efficiency around the theme Energy Efficiency Markets.
