Responsibilities: * Handle Front Desk operations of handling arrivals, check-ins (Registration) and departures for checkouts (Cashiering) of all the hotel guests. * Understand guest needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalent * Passionate in handling guest check-in, check-out and enquiries. * Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible & willing to work on shifts as assigned by the division (e.g 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am). * Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
