Internal Auditor h. Cashier i. Marriage registry j. Supervisors/Special Advisers k. Councillors, etc 2. Procurement and installation of solar energy electricity at council 3. Provision of 350 KVA generator set for council 4. Installation of 32,000 metric tonnes of standard water project at council 5. Establishment of information communication technology ICT at council headquarters. 6. Training and graduation of 101 youths on ICT computer repairs and programming 7. Procurement of 101 computers, printers, photocopiers, generators, and starter packs to graduands with certificate of proficiency. 8. Training of 44 Etche sons and daughters on skills such as animal husbandry, catering/hotel mgt, bead making, tailoring and hairdressing. 9. Completion of Aka town market 10. Construction of 6 room toilet landscaping and installation of water borehole at Aka Town market 11. Procurement of 10 eighteen sweater Hiace buses to ease transportation difficulties 12. Procurement of seven official cars for officers of the council (Toyota Corolla, Renault and Kia, etc.) 13. Procurement of six official cars for security; 2 hilux vans, one tundra, jetta, 1 corolla and 1 Toyota Camry. 14. Procurement of 3 transformers to boost electricity 15. Installation of electricity and connection of the council to national grid for the 1st time ever, since the creation of the LGA. 16. Rural electrification: electrification of two major towns and extension of light to the boundary between Etc he and ngor okpalla, IMO state. To be continued...
