Position : Operations Engineer - Southern Area Operations Responsibilities: • Reviewing and troubleshooting process plant problems • Analyzing and optimizing process operations, including plant, flowlines and pipelines • Studying, designing, proposing, reviewing, controlling and ensuring quick & smooth implementation of modification projects for productivitiy/safety improvements • Generating, reviewing and updating operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Special Working Procedures (SWP) • Contributing in AFE Project HSE Review meetings for safety and operability concerns so that the AFE project can be implemented smoothly • investigating, finding the root cause, giving recommendations and implementing of recommendations of operational incidents/accidents • Reviewing and updating Department Risk Register (DRR) and its follow up items Requirements: • Minimum Diploma 3 Degree Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 • Minimum 1 years work experience • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken • Able to work under pressure, identify problems and provide alternative solution • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team • Proactive and have can do and strive for excellence attitude • Excelleng presentation skill with ability to express ideas in a clear manner 2. Position : Safety Advisor - Technical Support Safety Responsibilities: • To provide safety advisory and assurance functions on the implementation of safety work programs and any additional requirements. • To conduct field visit to monitor and provide advice on the implementation of 3 Safety Golden Rules, 8 Safety Standard Practices and any additional safety matters at the job site. • To provide recommendations and reports on safety advisory and assurance program to the respective departments. • To monitor and verify close out of action items from audits, inspections, risk registers, investigations, emergency drills etc. Requirements: • S1 in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 • Minimum 2 years experience Process Engineering Oil and Gas Industry • Able to communicate well in English both written and spoken • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team • Good presentation skill with ability to express ideas in a clear manner is advantage • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Proactive and have can do and strive for excellence attitude 3. Position : Physician - Health Responsibilities: • Provide companys medical services in Clinics in VICO operational area as per international standard and supervise case management of hospitalized patient and disease control patient to give excellent medical service to employees, dependents, and contractors • Conduct medical examination and follow up to employees, dependents, and contractors to give rational medical treatment to them • Propose classification of injury or accident to Section Head to provide input for HSE Record System Requirements: • Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Occupational Medicine with minimum GPA 2.75 • Minimum 2 years experience • Proactive and have can do and strive for excellence attitude • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoke • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution 4. Position : Legal Counsel - Legal & Compliance Responsibilities: • This position will be responsible to handle : • Procurement matters to ensure compliance with the preveailing regulations; • Contract and agreements to support operation and business activities; • Providing advices and legal opinions to support operations and business activities; • Land matters; and • Litigation Cases.
