VIGNETTE FROM A SMALL USED BOOKSHOP: If you have been following my posts for a while, you may recall my entry about 2 medical events that happened here. The gentleman with the heart condition comes in routinely now and I always inquire about his health then take his BP BEFORE I look for the books he is hoping to find on my shelves. He is doing fine. The little lady who came in with a granddaughter and had a crisis necessitating a 911 call just came by to let me know she is fully recovered and to special order some books (thanks again to Mary and Nancy Nuhfer for readily changing hats from book-browsers to helper hats that medically momentous day). How good it is to know they are both doing well!
