First Level Operations is responsible for the execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services are continuously available for 24x7 and delivering the results to SLA performance levels. Job Location : Navi Mumbai / Pune Start Date : Immediate Relevant Experience: 3 years of CCNA Job Responsibilities: · Alarm Surveillance of IP MPLS & DCN Devices · Basic Troubleshooting of the faults observed during surveillance · Raising trouble Ticket (TT) for all the faults · Co-ordination with the respective team to resolve the fault in time · Closure of trouble Ticket (TT) once fault is resolved · Co-ordinate with L2 engineers for the issues required next level of troubleshooting · To resolve the issue of License activation & applying required configuration for utility Alarm Extension · Support infra team for troubleshooting utility NOC visibility issue · Supporting MW team for MW visibility · Preparing Daily Outage report Regular tracking of NOC reachability · Tracking all the trouble ticket assigned to HOTO NOC group · Help field & utility NOC team to extend the utility alarm to the NOC. Job Location: Navi Mumbai / Pune Start Date: Immediate Job Requirements : · Cisco CCNA, CCIP, CCNP · 5+ years with senior level Cisco configuration and customer service. · Candidate must have above good communication skills. · Experience with supporting and troubleshooting of IPMPLS, Service provider technologies MPLS,L3VPN, InterAS L3vPN, L2VPN, Multicast, QoS , Routing protcols, IP unified MPLS solution · Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting. · Strong working knowledge of Cisco Routers (IOS, IOS XR ) and Switches ( Nexus 7K,6K, Catalyst family ) , routing and switching. · Good technical and problem solving skills. Knowledge and Skills: · Hands on experience on Cisco routers and Switches and familiarity with Data Centre Technologies. · Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IPMPLS/DCN network issues with minimal need to engage escalation resources. · Assist with Help Desk functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting to users. · Interface with Cisco Vendor, carriers, and 3rd Party service providers to create and manage problem resolution · Communicate and document incidents to include cause, action, and solution as well as root cause analysis · Create and update trouble tickets as required by standard procedures · Record, update, and manage all assigned service requests leveraging NOC CRM. · Identify known issues, hardware, and software problems leveraging NOC CRM, Knowledgebase, and analytical tools. · Adhere to Brocades documented escalation guidelines. · Maintain deep subject matter expertise on all Cisco IP Router/Switches - ASR9K, Nexus, ASR1K, ASR901, ASR903 and ISR3925 · Assist in improving and creating processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity in team · Review, edit, and publish Tech Notes, RCAs, and knowledgebase articles · Knowledge of DNS and DHCP set up and operation · Good team player and willing to work 24*7 shift basis.
