Verizon is the worst. I live in the you cant hear me now ,..or EVER zone. Its been this way for years despite calls and efforts to make the problem go away. I literally have to stand in the street to make a call and even then it drops. Now that is only my cell service. This doesnt even begin to address the Century link fiasco. Ive had NO dial tone all day and since I cant stay on the cell phone line long enough to get through the bullshit automated customer non-service to talk to a live person before I lose the call...you guessed it, I still dont have a dial tone. This comes after a week of no internet as well. Apparently a line was wet. Frustrated, fed up, and feeling like Im living in an archaic time warp. First world problems right...ugh!
