Very few things infuriate me more than calling the customer service number for a company who is based in the United States only to find out that I have been re-routed to a call center based in India where I cant understand ANYTHING the person on the other line is saying. After 45 mins of trying to explaining an issue to no avail Im cut off mid sentence with some idiot asking if he has resolved my issues. Resolved my issues???? You cant even understand my issues much less RESOLVE them!! In fact .... I think youve given me a few more issues that I have to deal with and no way to resolve them either! UGHHHHH!!!
