Very rare stuff from 1992 Morgue was formed in December 1990 by Ztephan(guitar) and Imse(drums) from Orchriste. The line-up was completed when Halle(vocals), Jalle(guitar) from Orchriste, Esa(bass) joined the band in January -91. At the end of -91 Jalle and Esa left the band and was replaced by Andreas Fullmestad (ex. DAWN) and Kecke. Just before Morgue was going to record thier first demo in 1992 Andreas left the band and Kecke took over the second guitar. May 1992 Morgue recorded their first demo GOSPEL OF GORE at Dan Swanö´s Unisound. At that time Morgue didn´t have any bass player. During the Gospel of gore session Kecke play the bass. When Morgue play live they had session musicians, Peter Blomberg and Patrik Johansson. Peter and Patrik played together with Ztephan in Satanic Slaughter. The Gospel of gore demo sold over 300 copies. In 1993 Nuclear Blast released a compilation CD Grincore sampler. Morgues contribution on that CD was Stabbed beyond recognition from the Gospel of gore demo March 1994 Morgue recorded their second demo IN ARTICULO MORTIS at Unisound. Even on this recording Kecke where playing the bass. The IN ARTICULO MORTIS demo sold over 400 copies. June 1994 Rille (bass), Now in WITCHERY, joined Morgue. In 1996 Imse, Halle, Rille left the band. Ztephan have decided to continue with Morgue. New members are Martin Axe, Stefan Johansson and Andreas Deblén from SATANIC SLAUGHTER. They will soon enter the studio and record some old material with a more modern sound.
