Very sad to say that my cousin Tom Chip Allen passed away today from a massive heart attack- Grew up in Brookline but moved to Arlington and then to West Springfield, MA. Was a standout hockey player leading his West Springfield team to the 1974 MA State Championships in the Garden which they ran into a Mike Fidler Malden Catholic Team. He was awarded the Amo Bessone Award for Best Western MA Player that year. He was the best guy, full of life and a real character. RIP my cousin !
