If early evacuation orders are issued for your area, stay calm and take the necessary steps to leave as soon as possible and in an orderly fashion. Be ready to act if a watch or warning is issued for your area. Mariners should take early steps to secure their craft. ------------------------------------------------------------------ ISELLE UPDATE AT 11AM - Max winds at 110mph (a strong Category 2 hurricane), track relatively unchanged. TROPICAL STORM WATCH posted for the island of Hawaii. FLASH FLOOD WATCH posted for the entire state starting early Thursday morning - 4am Thursday to 6am Friday. Effects to Maui County expected overnight Thursday into Friday. JULIO UPDATE AT 11AM - track is adjusted north (thats good news), max sustained winds at 65 mph, still expected to reach hurricane status tomorrow.
