Via Orengo Kenya..... I have been silent on the matter of Eliud Owalo and CaroliOmondi because of two reason, 1. I dont have facts of what happened and 2. I believe these matters can always be handled internally without having bank deposit slips flying all over social media. The fact of the matter is that when you want to develope a strategy you first of all SWOT yourself so that you strategy is objective factual and realistic to the prevailing situation. We all know that IEBC Bungeled the 2013 elections and as Silas Chepkeres Jakakimba puts it, that is common knowledge and a point of no conflict. However that does not stop the ODM house from doing a SWOT and identifying the errors and ommissions that could have befell our house. One of those mistakes was #CaroliOmondi and i can say that without fear of contradiction. He was the first among the top Aides to start lobbying for a top job from #Jubilee (Not that its a bad thing) depending on what one wants in life and the impression it would create about his role at the PMs office( Was this for him just a Job) to be done and then move to the next job? Back to the money issue, its clear he needs to respond to some issues raised by Party members 1.Depositing money at CBA(Uhuru Bank with a link to Kencal) doesnt mean the money reached the agents. The question is why were the agents not paid as per the plan 2.If we are suspecting that Safaricom was part of the scheme to bungle the elections, who decided on the use of safaricom to perform this transaction 3. The role of an Aide for the PM was not a job just to bo done and completed, it was a call with bigger purpose than just a job to be done
