Vickie says - This is my husbands Plexus journey. He has been on Plexus now for 3 months and he said he doesnt see a difference. I kept telling him I did, so I made him do a before and after photo, just to show him what I see. Now with the 2 side by side he sees what Ive been saying. He is diabetic and that was one reason he started on Plexus. His blood sugars are now within in normal range and he is down to 1 metformin pill a day. He is also down to 1 BP pill a day as well. Those were his goals to get better control of his diabetes and blood pressure. He has lost 6lbs and not sure how many inches since we did not measure. But he wasnt trying to lose weight, he wants to bulk up. The pic on the right was some time in December (hence the Santa beard). The picture on the right is today. He takes 1 Slim drink and 2 BioCleanse in the morning and 2 BioCleanse and 2 ProBio5 at night. Plexus burns fat not muscle.
