Video analysis of Kari Wyricks clean @ 155lbs. Overall this was a solid lift at a PR weight. Few things she did very well: 1) She kept the bar close to her body throughout the movement 2) Her shoulders and hips rise together, the angle of her torso remains the same from the floor to her knee 3) She retains a good “rack” position, with her arm and elbows up from the receiving to the standing position. One thing she can improve on: During the “Second Pull”, shrug her shoulder back and slightly up, while pulling the bar in with the lats, so the bar makes contact higher up her thighs.
