Visited with my beloved Grandma Iva this evening. She fell today and has a little bump on her head along with the ever-growing tumors on her leg. She was resting comfortably, and we got to talking about the cards shes been receiving from so many of you. It has touched her heart to get a card or two every few days, and especially from folks she doesnt even know, from areas so far from here. Thanks Karen Pratt Cornell for a card from NC, Teresa Shockey Campbell for a card from Bunker Hill, and so many local folks! So to all of you whove sent cards to my grandma, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness is beyond what I could have hoped for, and your thoughtful gesture has brought happiness (even giddiness!) to Grandma Iva. I am so very grateful to you all.
