W.E.A.N.S 12th annual Bags Of Hope and holiday party was a great success! The event was filled with lots of FUN! FOOD! FRIENDS! and FELLOWSHIP! This year we had a Girl Scout troop who performed their community service with us. It was a wonderful experience and they are a part of us now. With the help of my Board Members, Mentors, Volunteers, W.E.A.N. Queens, Donors, and the Girl Scouts we were able to fill over 300 bags to give to women and young ladies with dis-ABILITIES for the holidays. A HUGE thank you to everyone that made this possible. A special thank you to David Greenberg and The League for People with Disabilities for all of your support. I will be making a Smilebox of the event so that you can share in our experience!
