WASHINGTON (PRWEB) October 28, 2013 Grants And Loans Prudential PenFed Realtys Alexandria office will be hosting its annual fundraising event on Monday, November 4, 2013 starting at 6p.m. at 300 N. Washington Street, Suite 100, Alexandria, Va. 22314. This years event is named A Night For Military Heroes and will benefit the PenFed Foundation, a charitable organization providing grants and loans to military personnel, veterans and their families. The event will include a silent auction featuring donations from local merchants, heavy hors doeuvres and wine*, a photo booth, and an art show featuring works from the Del-Ray-geous exhibit from the artists at the Del Ray Artisans Center. Exhibitions of Fun Art Delrageous Del Ray Artisans is pleased to continue the partnership established several years ago in which DRA artists display selected works from our exhibits in the Prudential PenFed Realty Alexandria office. Michele Reday Cook, president of the Del Ray Artisans, continues, Our new exhibit is Delrageous: Del Ray is a local neighborhood, but its more than just a placeits a creative community. DRA members created artwork focused on the outrageous, fun, and unique parts of the Del Ray neighborhood and community, now on display here. Last years silent auction event raised $ 5,000 for The Sunshine Kids Foundation. This years goal is to raise $ 8000 for our military heroes. This years silent auction donations include items from The Homestead Resort and Spa, Fitness Together, Sugar House Day Spa, Potomac River Boat Company, and many more.
