Refined Sugars, sweets,processd foods produce inflamation n weight gain wich leads to Type 2 Diabetes, Breast Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Endometrical Cancers, Blood Cancer, Bladder Cancer, Colorectal Cancers. Excess Sugar leads to diabetes n cancer coz of an elevated level of insulin n promotes growth of tumors. Insulin is wat controls sugar in th body, its produced by th Pancreas. Sodas (sweet drinks) n highly processd fruit juices ar bad. Kids too ar now gettn diabetes coz of coca-cola,cakes,biscuits,snacks,crisps. Procesd foods harm yo immune system, cause weight gain,obesity n inflamation. Processd foods ar ful of dangerous chemicas like preservativs,additivs,flavorings,artificial colourings,hydrogenated fats,stabilizers,sweeteners,sodium,sugar n calories wthout nutrients. Th common culprits ar prepackd foods such as pizzas,pastas,snacks,soups,sandwiches,fried foods,chips,pastries n ice creams. Exercis by Walkn 30mins everyday,its th best exercise ther is..Eat brown sugar,brown bread,brown rice,wild rice, wolwheat pasta,wolwheat cereals ,herbal tea eg robois, unrefined mealie meal,.Pliz nevr fry foods, only cook,poach,boil,bake or roast. Eat plenty fresh fruit n vegetables n drink plenty water. Eat fish,sea food,venison,(game meat) Do away with stocks, commercial peanut butter,jam, tomato sauce,mayonaise and all th processd cooking aids.u wil never go wrong wth watchn wat u eat..
