WC Claims Admin. Establish first Hispanic Minority TPA business based on my personal desire to encourage progressive Social responsibility . I was recently removed as CEO by family controlled board after 20 years of sustainability in a difficult market. Rather than view this as a negative event , I , as a shareholder and Board member will continue to insist on client service excellence , employee employment opportunity and personal growth. For twenty years my most rewarding accomplishments are the pay checks and living quality created for our employees through quality service. By the boards action , I have been rewarded for my efforts with a final paycheck and the elimination of my modest yet life sustaining compensation, my medical benefits and my chance to create my retirement funds in the last 6 -8 years of my employment. Reinvesting in the business has always been a priority over ownership compensation. That said, I am most proud to have created a Socialist economic entity that puts people over profits. With those who share my vision I will always fight for this philosophy. The proof of its success is our 20years of existence and the lifetime loyalty of the many employees who have given the company their entire careers. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. Steve Jobs......
