WE ARE GETTING CLOSE!!! Please check the below room assignments and confirm their accuracy as I will be sending this list to the hotel in the next couple of days. I have requested all the rooms be blocked together and will request to have rooms connected as requested, but the accommodations cant be guaranteed. When we get to the hotel, a person from each room may need to provide a credit card which will be for incidentals only. I have had one confirmed addition this past week and may have a few others joining, but there are still a few seats left so have anyone else interested in going get in touch with me so I can verify hotel availability first. Also, check the Bus Stop link further down in another post and pay attention to the address and their associated times. Please be sure to be at your appropriate stop ON TIME and with your PASSPORT in hand. Stop #2 (South East) will be very busy so please carpool as much as possible to minimize the amount of cars. I still havent heard from a number of you so if you havent told me which stop you will be at, please do so quickly... It will make my life easier... :) We have 3 weeks left so find your passports and get ready to party it up and have a great time this year..... And get your picture taken with me!!! Ha!
