WE ARE VICTIMS! Our motto regarding grooming requests is Humanity before Vanity! ~~~Yesterday we believe we were set up by a YELP Sting in the form of a customer with impossible requests to groom a dog which should have been groomed by a vet as an humane procedure, the puppy was so badly matted that it would require a surgical blade to shear it`s fur! She did not want to clip the dog, she wanted the matted hair combed out & kept long, an almost impossible task which would take up to 3 or 4 hours of excruciating pain for the dog, & she wanted it done for the price we advertise for a comparable grooming on the same breed in normal condition. When we called to tell her the facts the young woman became extremely abusive & stormed in to pick up her dog, thus giving her ammunition with which to put another yelp nail in our coffin! Good luck, we dont want that kind of business! PS. since last week when we declined Yelp`s offer to have our good reviews re-instated, for a price, most of our good reviews have been removed. All the bad reviews excepting yesterdays set-up were from 6 to 7 years ago. ~As a recently exposed terrorist organization I find it inexplicable that in the United States of America YELP is now able to push it`s biased agenda without discriminatory control.This is not what we need in this country, another hurdle to growing small business! It is pure extortion now condoned by the high Court!
