WE have a friend and supporter who is a vet tech in Bullhead City AZ who wrote this just now. This puppy is here in Bullhead tied to a cinder block wrapped around an AC unit in 110+ temps. The owners left it there all day (as they normally do) on a rope! You can see as this poor baby struggled to get to its water dish, it became tangled and even tried to chew itself free as it DIED! This is shocking to me that in THIS town people havent figured out that its too hot to leave your freaking animals outside. ESPECIALLY PUPPIES!!!! If you see any animals in this situation please dont ignore it, CALL ANIMAL CONTROL! They cant do it themselves!
