Maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. Forecast to move West at 33 kph. Tropical Storm “BASYANG” is expected to be at 166 km Northeast of Puerto Princesa City by tomorrow afternoon and at 529 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City or outside the PAR by Sunday afternoon.
