WEEK 2 PRAYER POINTS CELEBRATING GOD THROUGH TRUST Thirty years in one’s life is no mere achievement and such is the story of Victory Bible Church International. This calls for celebration through trust. Psalm 125:1: “They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed by abideth forever” Trusting in God brings divine stability. When we trust God we become stable and it will be impossible for the devil to gain the upper hand in our lives. King Hezekiah trusted God and he was not moved by the boasting and threats of the King of Assyria. Second Kings 18:5-7 has this to say about Hezekiah: “He trusted in the Lord God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him. For he clave to the Lord and departed not from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses. And the Lord was with him; and he prospered withersoever he went forth” The three ingredient of divine trust as seen in the life of King Hezekiah are: To cleave to God; to hold firm. Not to backslide; Hezekiah did not stop following God. He did not depart from the faith. He kept the commandments of God. Three blessings followed: God was with him. When God is with us, the enemy cannot overcome us. The Lord prospered Him in all areas of his life. The Lord gave him victory over the Assyrians, just as He will give you victory over every satanic bombardment and boasting DAY 8- MONDAY UNCTION TO CELEBRATE THIS YEAR Key Scripture: Psalm 51: 8 Worship His name for His kindness towards you. Give thanks to God for sparing your life and letting you celebrate this year. *I declare this year I will celebrate God’s goodness. * I decree that celebrations will overshadow me in Jesus’ name. * This year, I shall bring forth fruits of cele-bration. * I bear the mark of Jesus that makes me triumphant over every principality. I triumph over every power that attempts to frustrate my celebration this year. * I declare according to the word of God, this year I will constantly hear and witness joy and gladness. * I declare a state of celebration over my life in Jesus’ name. *I will never and can never be defeated, for I belong to God’s victorious army in Jesus’ name. * OH! Lord let your joy, peace, gladness and happiness, pursue and overtake me, in Jesus’ name.
