WFTRM has had a very busy time the last couple of days we were able to bring 20 dogs total into our rescue.WOW !! We will be busy sorting all of this out in the next few days(:-) Meanwhile Life and Rescue goes on with our great adoption stories. I am thrilled to announce Miss Mokie was our Star on Sat.and she was shining brightly. Mokie was found and adopted by a perfect pair Milissa and her Irish Finbarr from Minneapolis. Mokie came to Iowa at the end of Aug. from Texas, an adorable Mix with Big huge eyes who was in a bad place. Julie Covey sent me her picture I couldnt leave her there so she became one of Katherines Hitchhikers.(:-) Milissa and Finn had been searching for the perfect fit. Milissa wanted a smaller companion to snuggle with however Finbarr wanted a good natured, happy friend who would wrestle and play chase well guess who fit perfectly !!!! They both fell in love with our Mokie. Mokie will cuddle for hours and she had a best friend named Sky, my Irish, while she was here. Mokie turned into the sweetest little girl, learned to sit but most of all calmed down and felt safe. Milissa called me and said her stomach hurt from laughing at the antics of Finn and Mokie. Poor Fin hates the camera so we kind of had to persuade him. I think another match made in Heaven
